The nature of thesedevices are such that they will malfunction on the weekend of the big game, or the big party at your place, when getting a service technician out will be nigh impossible and prohibitively expensive.

This article has given me faith that it will not be such a crises if and when a malfunction occur, and that I should be able to deal with it fairly easily when it does happen.
